The client understands that Mybeautysite and its partners offer no guarantees for tracking client affiliates due to broken affiliate links or other technical issues. Client takes no ownership or affiliates provide to the company. Mybeautysite reserves the right to reject any affiliate for any reason.
The client understands that commission rates are subject to change at anytime upon notification to client via email and social media platforms.
SITE OWNERSHIP
With the exception of domain's purchased and/or transferred by store owners to MyBeautySite for use on the "Mybeautysite", MyBeautySite reserves the right to continue use of the domain name of any store no longer active. Active Stores are stores in good standing as it relates to making timely monthly payments. MyBeautySite will remove any images, logos, and any other markings which are the intellectual property of the previous site's owner.
It is understood that Mardonna beauty systems, llc reserves the right to close and remove any store and access on hosted on its system for any reason. This includes the holding of commissions due to suspected fraud or payment discrepancies dictated by the company.
