Welcome to MyBeautySite.com, operated by Alliance Beauty Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, MyBeautySite.com, and the services we provide. By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Our Services

My Beauty Site is a dropship platform of name brand beauty products. We help subscribers to our service achieve setting up an online business using Shopify. We provide access for dropshipping to over 8,000 name brand beauty products across many niches, including styling tools, natural hair products, virgin hair and wigs, accessories, barber supplies, braiding hair, and hair care products. We carry over 400 brands.

Our Core Services Include:

  • Shopify Store Setup: We assist you in setting up an online store. Customers use a link from us to sign up for a Shopify store. After you provide us with access to this store, we load products for you and completely set up the store so it is ready to take orders.
  • Product Access & Fulfillment: You will have access to thousands of name brand beauty products. All products are connected to our fulfillment center, and when someone makes a purchase, we ship the products directly to your customer from one of our 7 US-based warehouses. Orders are typically processed and shipped in 24 to 48 hours.
  • Wholesale Buying Account: Your account comes with a wholesale buying account. All prices on My Beauty Site are your wholesale cost. You can set your own retail price and profit margin on your store, keeping 100% of all profits.
  • Customer Support: We provide world-class customer support.

Service Options:

We offer various service options for setting up your online store, each providing different features and product access levels tailored to your business needs. Specific details regarding setup times, number of products included, order processing speeds, and pricing for each option are available on our website and may be updated from time to time. Options generally include:

  • Initial Setup Features: This option provides a foundational setup for your Shopify store, including an initial selection of hot-selling products and standard order processing, alongside basic customer support and access to our training portal.
  • Enhanced Features: This option expands upon the initial setup with a larger selection of products, including specialized categories like virgin hair and braiding hair, faster order processing, and priority support, often complemented by free marketing tools.
  • Full Access Features: Our most comprehensive option offers access to our complete product catalog, including premium items, priority order shipping, and a higher level of priority customer support. This option may also include business consultations, live coaching calls, and free promotional products. A free box of beauty products is also offered when signing up for this option.
  • Existing Shopify Store Connection: For users who already have a Shopify store, we offer a service to connect your existing store to our inventory. This service involves a monthly fee for inventory connection and requires collaborative access to your store.

2. Account Creation and Setup Process

To sign up, you will follow these steps:

  1. Complete the account creation form on our website www.mybeautysite.com.
  2. Activate your Shopify store using our referral link, which allows you to sign up for $1 for 3 months, then $39/month thereafter.
  3. Submit your Shopify credentials to us so we can access and set up your store with products, install the theme, set shipping settings, and add additional images.
  4. Select your product inventory pack (ranging from an initial selection of products to our full 8,000 product catalog, allowing you to pick what you want to sell).

3. Payments and Billing

  • Subscription Fees: You are responsible for all recurring subscription fees associated with your chosen service option (e.g., Shopify fees, monthly or annual fees for our services).
  • Wholesale Costs: For dropship orders, you will pay us the wholesale cost of the product. You collect the retail price from your customer and keep 100% of the profit you set.
  • Payment Processing: We will assist you in setting up payment gateways for your store. All money from sales on your store will be deposited directly to your bank account.
  • No Refunds on Services: All fees for services rendered (store setup, monthly/annual subscriptions) are non-refundable once the service has been provided or the subscription period has begun.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Shopify Account Management: You are responsible for maintaining your Shopify account in good standing, including payment of Shopify fees.
  • Store Customization and Marketing: While we set up your initial store, you are responsible for any further customization, marketing, and promotion of your online business. We provide access to training and marketing tools in our Free Beauty Academy.
  • Product Pricing: You are solely responsible for setting the retail prices for products on your store and determining your profit margins.
  • Customer Service for Your Customers: While we handle dropshipping logistics and offer support to you, you are responsible for direct customer service inquiries from your end-customers regarding their orders, returns, or other issues related to your store.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your store and business operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on MyBeautySite.com are owned by Alliance Beauty Group, LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Service "As Is": Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Earnings Disclaimer: We make no guarantees regarding your sales or income. While some store owners generate over $6,000 per month, your earnings are uncapped and depend on your efforts and market conditions.
  • No Liability for Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify) or for any issues arising from your use of their services.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alliance Beauty Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alliance Beauty Group, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms or your use of the services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
